Miguel Dellinger – Senior Management

Miguel’s background is in the Financial Services Industry with over 30 years of experience in the world’s largest Financial Equity, Bond & Foreign Exchange markets.

Over the last 20 years Miguel has held senior executive positions in major financial corporations in Portugal and the UK, notably as Managing Director and President of Fincor Sociedade Corretora S.A. and of Fincor Mediação Financeira S.A., a top 5 Stock Exchange Financial Brokerage House, and the leading Portuguese Foreign Exchange institution, respectively.

Miguel’s business development portfolio includes working or having worked with major clients such as Goldman Sachs, Merrill Lynch, JP Morgan, BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, SBC-Warburg, Dillon & Read, Banco Santander, CSFB, HSBC amongst others, and is extremely well connected throughout Europe and the Middle-East. Miguel is responsible for identifying and accessing some of the best deal flows in Real-Estate investment and negotiating unique deals with the region’s top property developers and financial institutions.

Robert Bruijnen – Senior Management

Robert Bruijnen has more than 30 years of experience in financial management. Having started his career as an auditor, he gained further experience as a financial manager at Apple Inc., and ABB.

In 1998 Robert was appointed as managing director of the EQT Amsterdam office in the Netherlands. EQT is currently one of the most prominent private equity firms with its origin in Scandinavia. At EQT, Robert managed the establishment of three private equity funds, with a total committed capital of EUR 2,5 billion.

In 2002, Robert managed the establishment of three closed-end real estate funds i.e.: a retail property fund managed by ING Real Estate with a focus on Belgium and France; the first ING Real Estate fund for Central Europe; and the first retail fund for A.S.R. (former Fortis Bank) investing in Dutch shopping malls. Robert acted further as CFO for the ING Central Europe Fund. During this era, Robert completed various real estate acquisitions with a total value of in excess EUR 500 million.

Subsequently, Robert was engaged as senior adviser to RED and acting an interim CFO, a real estate developer based in Russia. Robert was Portfolio Director at Waterland Global from 2009 till 2017. During the time at Waterland, Robert was engaged in various renewable energy projects, among which the establishment of a PV manufacturing plant in South Africa, as well as the assessment of the acquisition of a thin film solar technology.
